Primary Care Network (PCN)

As the NHS is changing there are some initiatives which see GP surgeries working together in groups called Primary Care Networks (PCN). This might mean that a patient can be offered an appointment not just at their usual GP practice but also at ‘hubs’. The below video explains a bit more about how these initiatives work.
